TP6

Cut and bend machine for axial components. The standard version is designed for leads with lead diameters from .015 - .051" (0.4-1.3mm) Other versions available for reduced bend from body, fixed pitches (.2", .3", .4" or 5.08mm, 7.62mm, 10.16mm) and for heavy leads (up to .055" or 1.4mm)

TP6/M

Motor-98 can be connected to the manual TP6 machine.

TP6/A

TP6 machine with Motor-98 and CS10 loose parts feeder.

TP6-D

Axial Cut and Bend machine for Axial Components with Delrin Inner Discs.

The TP6-D cuts & bends axial components as the regular TP6, with the difference that this machine has Delrin instead of metal inner discs so it will not mark the surface of the leads of the components when it bends them. This is important when working with very small and delicate components and for Military applications.

TP6/PR-B

Cutting, bending and forming machine for axial components. The form obtained is a Stand-off which keeps the body of the component off the board. No dies are required.Large diameter components only: .039-.055" (1-1.4mm)

TP6/PR-F

Cut, bend and form machine for axial components.

Three versions are available depending on the lead diameter of the components:

1. TP6/PR-F/1 - .019-.035 " (0.5-0.9mm)
2. TP6/PR-F/2 - .031-.039 " (0.8-1mm)
3. TP6/PR-F/3 - .039-.051 " (1-1.3mm)

Various dies are available for each version. The TNS is always supplied with this machine.

TP6/V

Cut and bend machine for axial components for vertical mount.

Two main versions are available. The first one for components with lead diameters .019-.031" (0.5-0.8mm). The second one for thicker leads .031-.051" (0.8-1.3mm). Tooling for different pitches is available.

TP6/S

Cutting, bending and forming machine for axial components for SMD. This is a special machine and it is necessary to obtain all dimensions when ordering.


Radial machines

TP/LN-500

The TP/LN-500 is a pneumatic machine to cut loose radial components by using a guillotine type lower blade. It can handle any type of radial component regardless of lead diameter, pitch and form.

The upper plate thickness comes at a standard .125" (3.2mm)

Additional plates can be ordered to increase the height, starting from .019" (0.5mm). Two versions are available.

TP6/R

TP/TC4

Motorized cutting machine for loose radial components. Adjustable speed. Easy and quick manual component feeding. Two belts hold the leads and feed them through the rotary blades.

The cutting length can be adjusted by turning an allen screw located on the right from guide

TP/SC4

The TP/SC4 is a pneumatic machine for loose radial components. There are over 20 standard interchangeable dies available

Special dies can be made to modify the specs of a standard form, or a new form can be developed from a drawing upon request.

The TP/TS1 is a pneumatic machine for loose radial components. There are over 20 standard interchangeable dies available.

TP/R-PR

Manual pneumatic machine to cut & form radial taped components. The upper movable die is controlled by the vertical stroke of the cylinder. The same die will form a variety of lead pitches without the need of any adjustments.

There are 10 standard interchangeable dies available. Special dies can be made to modify the specs of a standard form, or a new form can be developed from a drawing upon request

TP6/EC

Manual cutting bending machine for taped axial components. The standard version is designed for components with lead diameters from .015-.051" (0.4-1.3mm). Other versions are available for reduced bend from body, fixed pitches .2, .3, .4" (5.08, 7.62, 10.16mm) and heavy leads up to .055" (1.4mm)

The TP6/EC machine is fully adjustable and it comes with all the tools necessary for the adjustments

TP6/R-EC

Manual cutting machine for taped radial components. The TP6/R can be adjusted easily for different lead lengths.

The BR6 reel holder is available for the EC machine

The TP6/R-EC is available for two types of tape hole pitch:
1. TP6/R-EC/21 for tape pitch 12.7mm (.5")
2. TP6/R-EC/22 for tape pitch 15mm (.59

TP6/V-EC

Manual cutting bending machine for taped axial components for vertical mount. It comes in two versions:

- For lead diameters 0.5-0.8mm or 0.8-1.3mm.

COUNTY

The COUNTY Component Counter is a microcomputer based instrument which counts axial and radial components on tape.

With the SMD adaptor it can also count SMD components. It counts in both directions. It is equipped with a divider from 1 to 19 and a totalizer mode counting or Preset mode with an alarm that starts when the desired component number has been reached.

The county is available in two versions, one with a rechargeable battery that can upload data to a PC (8301.074 for 110V & 8301.072 for 220V) and the other one without battery (8301.053 for 110V & 8301.051 for 220V). .

AXIAL & RADIAL SUPPORT & HANDLE

The support for axial and radial components (8301.023) is a very useful accessory when the components come in a reel.

It is sold individually and a handle for it is available (8301.025)

MODEL SEF 1

The model SEF 1 is designed for separating wires of flat cables. Two different pitches of separation can be supplied: 1,27 mm (the wires are individually separated Code 73.OL01) or 2,54 mm (the wires are separated by couples Code 73.OL02).

This version is a "bench" manual machine suitable for separating edges of flat cables having maximum width of 33mm.

MODEL SEF 3

The model SEF 3 is designed for separating wires of flat cables. Two different pitches of separation can be supplied:

1,27 mm (the wires are individually separated Code 71.OL01) or 2,54 mm (the wires are separated by couples Code 71.OL02).

This machine is suitable for separating flat cables having maximum width of 66mm.
This model can be motorised with our MOT98 (code 7915030 220V or 7915031 110V).
With this verion it is possible to separate the cable from the edges and inside sections.
